Return Policy / Product Repair


Peacekeeper offers a 10 day, “No Questions Asked” return policy. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, you may return it and get a full refund on your order.

If there is any interest in returning any product after 10 days, a 25% re-stocking fee will be required.

Conditions to Return:

To receive a credit refund, or exchange, product must be New and in 100% Resalable condition in its original packaging.  Special orders, close-outs, and items that are engraved or altered may not be returned.  Shipping is not refundable.

Return Procedure:

Simply contact our office for a RA number (Return Authorization number).  (For Product warranty or repair, see below.)

Once you receive the RA number from us, simply ship the item back to us in the original package with your receipt or invoice using a track-able shipping method.  If multiple items were purchased, please identify on your invoice which item is being returned and REASON for the return. 

Note :  All returned items must have the RA number written on the package.  Any items shipped    

without the RA number on the package will not be accepted and will be shipped back at the shippers expense.

To ensure your items are processed as quickly as possible, it is best to notify our returns department in advance via e-mail.

Upon receiving your return, the items will be inspected to ensure they are in new condition and show no evidence of use or wear.  If we find that your item does not meet the requirements for return, we will ship it back to you using your original payment method.  We reserve the right to determine resell ability and our final decision is not negotiable. 

If you are exchanging your item for a different item or a different size, your original payment method will be charged for the return freight.  If you are a Will Call and paid by cash, a check will be mailed within 30 days or sooner. Payment for shipping must be confirmed before we can ship your new item back to you.

Please Note:

* We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments, so be sure to keep your tracking number to insure your package.

* We are not responsible for shipping charges or items purchased outside of your SOP or your agencies policy. 

* Customized items are not eligible for return.

* If Peacekeeper Products International made a mistake and it resulted in your return, please contact us and we can issue you a call tag to pick up your shipment and pay for the return freight.

* Peacekeeper Products international will not be responsible for products that have been left for 30 days with no e-mail communication from customer.

1. Before sending in a baton for repair, simply check the retention spring, anti-rattle ring insert, retention spring cap screw, extended and retainer end caps for damage and tightness. The amount of force required to open the baton is determined by the retention spring. A slight adjustment of the spring is all that is necessary to customize the release pressure to your individual requirements.  Over adjustment may damage the spring.

2. If the baton fails to lock in the extended position, it is likely due to debris or oily residue built up within the joints.  The baton should be disassembled and cleaned as you would any fine auto loading firearm.  Denatured Alcohol is recommended as a cleaning agent.  Do not use oil. The baton must be reassembled dry.
